about the album
not cute anymore is one of illit's recent releases (as of january 2026) and it's honestly one of my favorite releases by them and by a kpop artist pretty much ever!!! i absolutely love this concept and i think it is incredibly clever for illit to release this track in order to smoothly transition and mark a new era for them. they have always been the cute group but with this release (although still cute), they confidently establish a new route for them to take as artists and try new things that weren't previously explored. i adoreeeee the concept photos for the album, so i will include some bellow! (p.s.: technically this is not an album but a single, there is a bside which fits the whole 'not cute' concept, but i still call it an album oops).
